Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. 4. Market Data & Accuracy
Market prices, indices, and REIT figures are sourced from third-party feeds and provided on an “as is” basis. 6. Permitted Use & Restrictions
You agree to use this platform lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. 7. Reader Submissions & Correspondence
News tips, pitches, letters, and press releases sent to our newsroom may be used, edited, or published at our editorial discretion unless you clearly mark them confidential. By submitting material you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and you grant Token Times a non-exclusive licence to publish it. We protect the confidentiality of sources wherever we have undertaken to do so.
8. Newsletters & Subscriptions
Subscribing to the Daily Sovereign Dispatch or any paid tier authorises us to send you the briefings, alerts, and service messages tied to that subscription. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any dispatch. Paid plan features, prices, and billing cycles are those shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase; we may change future pricing on notice, and taxes or payment processor fees may apply.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform links to third-party market resources, regulatory portals, exchanges, and social networks. Those destinations are outside our control, carry their own terms and privacy practices, and are not endorsed by Token Times. We accept no responsibility for external content, service availability, or any loss arising from your dealings with a third party.

11. Availability of the Platform

12. Limitation of Liability

Token Times is a publisher, not a regulated financial services provider, and holds no licence from the State Bank of Pakistan, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, or any comparable authority. Virtual asset regulation differs by jurisdiction and changes frequently; it is your responsibility to ensure that any activity you undertake is lawful where you reside.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them, or from your use of the platform, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
